Earlier this year, we had set a huge goal of promising a trip to Japan to our son. All he had to do was make the honor roll for 4 quarters. Sounds like a great idea right?

Instead of complaining, we adjusted our game plan as parents. Every Morning we stayed the course, repeating the same thing “Handle your business.”

One night, while enjoying a meal at the table Something special happened. The table officially became our family’s meeting place.

Addiction to screen time is becoming more common. The dynamic of parent and child is changing. I’m not happy about it.
